Today, I am sharing a quick Valentine's day tag, showing you how to color old book paper, create a fun brayered background with Memento Luxe ink pads and multicolored ribbon.
This mixed media paper doll panel was so fun to make. I used Rinea foil, Creative Medium, foam tape and Tsukineko inks in this crafting project. Rinea foiled paper works beautifully with 3D embossing folders and makes a great foundation for the girls stamped in VersaFine Clair inks. Enjoy!
Scrapbooking is a great way to craft and upcycle your memory keeping. The last memory I wanted to save is of Mother’s Day, so I decided to create this keepsake using a vintage book cover, walnut ink, and Fireworks Shimmery Sprays.
I love upcycling old, found items. In today's video, I give this tea tin has a fresh new shabby chic look while still holding on to that vintage feel using the VersaFine Clair ink in Fallen Leaves paired with the Walnut ink. I love this way this turned out and hopefully, you will give this project a try.
This cardmaking project is all about using layers of ink to create a collage background with stamps and stencils. It’s a great way to build a cool background in order to feature that perfect focal image, like a Vertigo, die cut dragonfly.
I have always considered myself as an eclectic type crafter and this card is the perfect representation of my style. It has a little bit of modern, vintage and grunge mixed together using several different techniques and products. Watch my video below to see how I did it. Enjoy!
VersaFine Clair Ink and large sponge daubers make great patterned background papers for all of your projects! Check out this video to see how I used them to make a beautiful, distressed background for my Christmas card and matching envelope. The colors are so rich and vibrant and create the perfect matching set.
I stamped a beautiful flower bunch from Simon Says Stamp with Brilliance Ink on a watercolor paper. I added some water on a small scoop of Walnut Crystals and painted the entire bunch with it. This is a monotonic theme card and I have used only one pigment to create all the highlights and shadows. I stamped a simple sentiment with Pinecone Versafine Clair ink and the painted panel is ready.
For this project, I stamped the sentiment “Love Blossoms Here” onto watercolor paper, personalized it with alphabet stamps, added wire hanging and added a book paper backing to represent the family stories that get created along the way and then passed on.
In this video, I’ll show you how to make four types of flowers out of coffee filters that I’ve dyed with Fireworks Craft Spray and Walnut Ink, making them completely customizable to your wedding, shower, or party theme, as well as how to turn them into boutonnieres and small bouquets.
Journaling is definitely trending at the moment and there are no right and wrong way to do it - it is a very personal thing. I needed something to keep my travel memories in and found this fabulous journal on sale because the front cover was damaged - not a problem for me - as you can see by my Tutorial.
Do you struggle to create cards for men? It doesn't have to be difficult at all - throw a couple of inks together with some embellishments and die-cuts and you have an instant winner. I am sharing this quick Father's day card with you using only a few inks to create interest, texture and pattern.
For a few weeks now I’ve had fun playing with Walnut Inks. The idea of combining the stamp and the Walnut Ink was born and had to be realized immediately. Create this night sky art project!
