Fall is my favorite time of the year and I love making home decor items to display around the house. It seems like I have tissues in every room for the little noses that come to visit Nana. Though manufacturers are making the tissue boxes prettier these days, they still need my artistic touch.
1. Cut tissue box with Silhouette Cameo using 12 x 12 cardstock.
(I did not cut/use the additional side panels from this file)
2. Using a sponge paintbrush, apply Creative Medium Vintage to box, then apply torn tissue paper and finally, another coat of Vintage Medium.
3. Let dry and trim away excess tissue paper. Fold and assemble box using Tear It tape. Spritz assembled box with Fireworks Sweet Plum. Let dry.
4. Die cut leaves and ink with Kaleidacolor Tomato Vine.
5. Arrange leaves along with a bow made from Jute and attach to box with a pretty brad. Add enamel dots s desired.
